While serving customers for 9 years, Pex needed a refresh of its look that would also improve the user experience of the website. It was clear that users couldn't find answers to their questions, so the entire architecture of the website had to be rebuilt.
After working with the website analytics and conducting some research, it became clear which problems needed to be addressed in order to improve the conversion rate of the landing page.
