Project overview

Divvit enables eCommerce businesses to understand the attribution of each sale. It sends automated reports that provide insights on how to optimize spending and increase ROI.

Challenge

Divvit had a high-performing attribution model, but users found installing and understanding it difficult. They wanted guidance from the moment they visited the landing page to when they received insights. Divvit required extensive product work to design user journeys and organize the infrastructure that would equip typical users with all the necessary information to get it functioning without any technical knowledge.

Branding

Divvit’s brand needed to convey a high level of technical expertise while remaining friendly to users. It was essential to explain complex attribution concepts in simple terms using color, typography, and tone of voice, making them accessible to every eCommerce business.

Impact

After analyzing the existing version of Divvit, it became clear that visitors struggled on the pricing page, not grasping the features or the pricing model. Additionally, 27% of registered users failed onboarding due to its technical complexity and the lack of effective video follow-ups.

The updated user journey, tailored for different types of users, significantly boosted conversions. Furthermore, the number of support tickets decreased thanks to an improved onboarding process and enhanced knowledge base.

Divvit’s new style is modern and continues to look fresh even in 2024. Users reported a greatly improved UX for navigation, reporting, and attribution, noting they spent three times less time extracting needed insights.

Users also found the scheduled reports—delivered automatically to their emails—extremely valuable.

Divvit achieved major success and has since been acquired by Ve Global.
